Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty began as a two-person team in 1979, founded by current owners Sal & Bette Gallo. Since then, the firm has flourished, growing to over 100 sales and rental associates and numerous support staff. Since 1979, the firm’s mission statement has remained the same: “Our goal is to exceed the customer’s expectations for reliable service and professional guidance in selling, buying or renting real estate.”
A Strong Local Presence
Our dome-shaped "cabernet" yard sign is a familiar sight along streets flanking our beaches and outlying areas throughout Sussex County, Delaware. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty, with offices in Lewes, Rehoboth Beach and Bethany Beach, sold 880 units and over $380 million worth of real estate in 2019, making us one of the largest firms in the county in market share.
