Adriane Gallagher, originally from Wilmington, has lived in downtown Lewes for 30 years. She spent many vacations in Rehoboth Beach as a child and wanted to move to a small town near the water to raise a family. Her two children, now grown and flown, loved growing up in such a tightknit, laidback community with easy access to major cities for their “culture fix.” Adriane earned her REALTOR® license in 1992 and began her career as a rental agent and cleaning coordinator. She joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty in 2006 as the Lewes rental manager.
She currently serves as the President for the Sussex County Association of REALTORS® and is a Director for the Delaware Association of REALTORS®. For the Sussex County Association of REALTORS®, she has served on the Professional Standards Committee, the Grievance Committee and the Rental Affairs Committee. In her spare time, Gallagher enjoys traveling and tries to plan at least one trip a year to a new locale. She strongly believes that experiences outweigh any formal education and uses these practical lessons in her daily interactions with her rental clients to offer exceptional service.
