Originally from New Jersey, Chezerea moved to Delaware a few years ago. Prior to this move, she lived in Nebraska working for a property management company. Her love and passion for the rental industry was honed during her five years in this position. Upon her relocation to Delaware, she decided to pursue her license in an effort to begin a full time career real estate. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing great customer service made her a natural as a Rental Agent. She is excited to help her customers find their dream vacation home!
Chez currently volunteers on Sussex County Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network and is in line to be Chair in 2025. In her free time she loves spending time with her family, especially her two young children. She is a phenomenal baker, loves being outside enjoying the local trails and beautiful beaches, and is always up for an adventure.
