Paid Parking (May 15th to September 15th):

  • Enforcement: You must pay to park on all public streets in Dewey Beach during this time.
  • Rates: $3.50 per hour for metered parking.
  • Parkmobile App: The easiest and most recommended way to pay. Download the app and pay for your parking with your phone. Be aware that Parkmobile charges a $1.00 convenience fee per transaction.
  • Kiosks: An automated kiosk is located outside the Town Hall for purchasing daily, weekend, or weekly permits.
  • Coin Meters: Some meters accept quarters, but the town encourages using the Parkmobile app or kiosk.

 

Parking Permits:

  • Temporary Permits: Available for purchase at the kiosk or through the Parkmobile app.
  • Daily: $30.00
  • Weekend: $55.00 (10:00 AM Friday to 10:00 AM Monday)
  • Weekly: $100.00 (8 consecutive days)
  • Seasonal Permits: Available for purchase at the Town Hall for $250.00.

 

Free Parking:

  • Off-Season: Parking is free in Dewey Beach from September 16th to May 14th.
  • Monday Evenings: Free parking is offered every Monday from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM during the summer season (excluding federal holidays).
