Canal Corkran is a lovely, well-planned and elegant community consisting of townhomes and single-family homes.  Located along the banks of the Rehoboth-Lewes canal, the community is an easy bike ride (or even walk for some,) to the beaches, boardwalk, unique shops and restaurants of Rehoboth Beach.  Canal Corkran also offers easy access to the Breakwater Bike Trail, which links riders to the quaint and historic town of Lewes, DE. . .  the first town in the first state!  The community itself is quite attractive with mature trees and an olympic-sized swimming pool.
