Perfect "in season" with an outdoor shower, gas BBQ grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella and even a beach buggy to haul your toys! Out of season, you'll enjoy hunkering down and creating a gourmet meal in the chef's kitchen, complete and cozying up to stream your favorite shows on a chilly or rainy day on the 2 smart TVs. Guests pay a $200 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. No Pets, No Smoking. No Group Ordinance. Fireplaces are inoperable. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00.
