After dinner, cozy up around the fire pit on the lovely rear patio. This home offers so many options for vacation relaxation! Bedding ranges from a double bunk bed for the kids and queens and a king for the adults There is even a first floor bedroom and an elevator will take you to all interior floors. When you aren't soaking up the sun or riding the waves, take a walk or bike ride to the boardwalk and shops in town. (Owner supplies a few bikes , boogie boards, beach games etc. - condition not guaranteed!) BONUS: This luxury home provides bed linens and towels, and they are priced affordably at $371 per week, plus all beds are MADE for you upon arrival. (Sorry, No beach towels.) Stay for a mini-week in the "shoulder seasons". Guests pay a $250 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 days. No Pets or Smoking please. Paper and personal hygiene products are not included.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date.
