The four bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests with 2 Kings, 1 Full and 2 sets of Bunks for the kids and teens. The home is thoughtfully outfitted with a great kitchen and gas BBQ grill for the chef in the family, outdoor shower, 2 smart TVs for streaming, game area with a card/poker table, and lots of books and games for the occasional rainy day. If you have to catch up on some work while on vacation . . . there's a desk, chair and monitor in one of the primary bedrooms. The ocean beach, boardwalk, shops, luncheonettes and fine dining restaurants are just a short walk or bike ride away. If you would rather drive, the owners have provided a Bethany Beach parking permit for your use. Have a larger group? Rent neighboring homes at 318 and 321 Hollywood as well. Guests pay a $210 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
