The decks and screened porch are perfect for a crab feast, a cook out using the gas BBQ grill or simply "chilling" with a cold cocktail or an iced coffee! Hope you don't have too many cloudy days, but if you do, you'll be happy for the 5 TV's (some with Direct TV, some streaming,) to binge watch your favorite shows. No Pets or Smoking Please. Gated Community, CAC, W/D, DW. Guests pay a $200 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00.
