Lovely two story townhouse in Bayside at Bethany Lakes is beautifully furnished and ready for your vacation! The main living level is spacious and comfortable with a large dining area and living room with a TV (this is the only TV in the house that has a cable connection)and a wet bar. The kitchen shares space with a second, less formal eating area and a comfortable den with a large screen TV (with no cable connection). At the back of the house, overlooking a picturesque pond is an open deck and a screened porch. All of the bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a master suite with a king size bed and bathroom with a free standing shower and a garden tub. The second bedroom has a king size bed, also with an en-suite bath. The other two bedrooms share a large hall bath; one offers a king sized bed and the other offers 2 twins with trundle beds under each. There is a smart TV in every Bedroom but no cable connection. The community has a beautiful clubhouse with a game room and lounge overlooking White's Creek. There is an indoor and an outdoor pool. There are restaurants and grocery shopping within a half mile and the beach is only a five minute drive. Sleeping 12, this home offers everything you could need for a comfortable yet luxurious family vacation! No Pets.
For use of community amenities: $6.50 per day per person. (ages 6+)
Guest pays a $160 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
