Although Millville by the Sea is just a short drive to the beautiful beaches in Bethany, you may never want to leave the neighborhood! Tool around on the two included adult bikes to enjoy the numerous amenities: resort-style pools, a clubhouse with a fitness center, bocce and pickleball courts, potlucks at the crab shack, a beach shuttle, nature trails, a tot lot, BBQ area and a full calendar of events at the clubhouse. Owner generously provides a few beach chairs and beach umbrella too! Getting too much sun? Stay in and binge watch your favorite shows on the 3 smart TVs ($175 Amenity Fee for all stays) Dogs permitted with a minimum $300 pet fee, approval and addendum. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details.
