Every bedroom is set up with a smart TV for relaxing on a rainy day, or unwinding after a day at the community pool! After a few exterior steps, you are first greeted on the main floor with the spacious living area, but also have an additional entertainment space in the converted garage- with a dining table, smart TV, extra refrigerator, and games! NO PETS allowed. NO Smoking. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights.
RESORT AMENITIES (Available for an additional fee, see policies) include: Indoor & seasonal outdoor pools, Indoor hot tub, Fitness center, Clubhouse with game rooms (board games, pool, ping-pong, foosball, arcade games), Tennis & pickleball courts, Volleyball court, Bay access for kayaks, Day docks for boats, Sunset viewing deck and a Poolside Grill.
For use of community amenities: $225 one time fee.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date.
