Wonderful 3 BR Condo has been lovingly updated with tile, hardwood floors and granite in the renovated kitchens and baths, plus there are TV's in every bedroom. There are multiple indoor and outdoor swimming pools and daily activities for the kids. There is one assigned and one at-large parking space. No more than two cars allowed per unit. NO PETS!! NO SMOKING!!
Sea Colony charges a badge fee per guest (Per person/per week, ages 4+): 1/1/25-5/2/25 - $15, 5/3/25-6/6/25 - $25, 6/7/25-9/12/25 - $55, 9/13/25-9/19/25 - $25, 9/20/25-3/31/26 - $15 payable at the Marketplace at Sea Colony. 2026 fees TBD. The Sea Colony amenity fees will be in addition to quote amount on VRBO site.
Guests pay a $120 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in the off-season. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
