The second floor features a master suite with king bed, small office nook, with access to a full bathroom with shower, and a separate guest room with a Queen bed. The lower level features a bedroom with three sets of bunk beds, two of which are triple tiered and the third with a double/twin along with a full bath. There is also a bedroom with a Queen bed and private half bath. The lower level also has a screened in porch.
Walk your dog on the beach, collect shells, and swim. Wash the sand off in the oversized cedar outdoor shower. Evenings are highlighted by a bonfire on the beach, star gazing and an occasional shooting star. No need to venture far for beach essentials & food, just visit the iconic Broadkill Store. In a short 15 min drive, you can access Historic Milton that has a grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store, and Lewes & Rehoboth are minutes away.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date.
