The Beachcomber is an oceanfront building located in beautiful Dewey Beach. Unit nine is a comfortably furnished 2 BR unit, located on the side of the building with a wonderful view of the beach from the the covered deck . . . a great place to enjoy cocktails or meals! Cooking and clean-up is a snap in the full kitchen with granite counter tops and updated appliances. Additional features include: WIFI, one assigned parking spot plus 1 Dewey Beach Parking Permit and an extra half bath located in bedroom with the King sized bed. Sorry no pets or smoking allowed. Sheets and towels are not included but are available to rent. The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, (a group rental,) ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age.
