Enjoy all that Dewey has to offer in this condo that is located in the heart of town on the corner of Route One and McKinley Ave in the second block and just over a block from the beach. This is one of few properties in Dewey that offers a community pool with a common grilling area and outside shower. Modern decor with large TVs, two parking spaces and Wireless Internet access. Guests pay a $190 cleaning fee for each stay. NO pets, NO smoking. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, (a group rental,) ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age.
