For those who love the beaches year round, take advantage of the newly decorated porch with fabulous all-weather blinds making for a perfect setting during the shoulder and off-season! Family fun in Dewey Beach includes skim boarding, bonfires, movie nights on the beach, and the exciting amusements at the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. Families can access the boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth without moving their car by walking or riding the Jolly Trolley, which picks up one block away. Dewey Beach is known as the walking resort for a reason. Everything is within walking distance: the beach and bay, the abundant fine restaurants, boating and water sports, and fabulous entertainment venues. Outdoor shower the perfect way to end a beach day!

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

This property is pet friendly with a $300 minimum fee and addendum. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date.
