Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of upgrades including a wine cooler, two ovens, and an extra large kitchen island which seats four. There is also a dining table adjacent to the kitchen that's perfect for meals or game nights. The second floor includes the ensuite primary bedroom (king bed) with direct access to the covered second-floor deck. There are also two spacious additional bedrooms (queen.full, full/full) and a full bath on the second floor. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV in additional to a smart TV on the third floor. The second-floor also includes a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, beverage center including a coffee maker, beverage refrigerator, sink and storage. There are two half baths as well. The home has a single car garage and can accommodate parking for 5 cars. The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Sheets and bath towels are provided with beds made upon guest arrival. Guests pay a $185 cleaning fee.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date.
