SLEEP- Sleeps 10. (Children ages 5 and under do not count toward the limit.) King primary suite with deck access. Three
additional bedrooms ( queen, queen/full and full/full). 3½ bathrooms total. 3 of 4 bedrooms offer a smart TV. Beds made on arrival; bath towel sets included. No need to rent or bring your own sheets and towels!
GAME ROOM - First floor: ping pong, foosball, card table, bar, and large TV. Fun for all ages.

GOOD TO KNOW -
Max 10 guests (children under 5 don't count). Responsible Guest must be 25+ and present for the full stay. Unrelated
groups: all must be 25+.
No pets. No smoking.
$185 cleaning fee. Damage coverage required: $70 insurance policy (min. $3,000 coverage) or $2,000 refundable
deposit.
Payment: most major cards, eChecks, personal checks (final payment only). Final payment due 30 days before check-in.
NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
Not included: paper products, toiletries, cleaning supplies, beach towels.
