It is designed to accommodate two families quite two living areas, two laundry areas, 2 refrigerators, upgraded cable, wireless internet, six parking spaces in the driveway, sleeping for sixteen and several porches for relaxing on those lazy summer days. You can't beat a fabulous outdoor shower after a glorious beach there are 2 outdoor showers! NO need for an are in walking distance to great restaurants and nightlife in Dewey you want to check out Rehoboth Beach, just hop on the Jolly Trolley and you'll be there in minutes! If you need even more space, rent the unit next door at 17B Clayton (which is dog friendly!) Guests pay a $255 cleaning fee for all stays. No pets or smoking please.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date.
