Park your car on Saturday for the whole week . . .. this vacation home is mere steps to the gorgeous ocean beach, marinas on the bay, restaurants, shops and music venues in Dewey Beach. You can even hop on the Jolly Trolley which will take you to the boardwalk, gourmet restaurants and unique boutiques in Rehoboth Beach, in less than 10 minutes! Sorry, No Pets. Owners reside in a separate cottage on same parcel.
The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age.
Guests pay a $185 cleaning fee for all stays. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
