The common areas of living, dining and kitchen are completely renovated and beautifully appointed. When you're not at the beach or relaxing in this comfy home, you're just a short walk to all that Dewey has to offer -- famous watering holes, gourmet & great classic beach eats, and shopping! Hop on the Jolly Trolley and head to the boardwalk, quality restaurants, and unique shops of Rehoboth Beach. Bonus: this home is Dog Friendly with a $300 minimum pet fee. Parking for up to 5 cars, depending on size of vehicles. Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available to rent. The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age.
