Walk to restaurants, bars and shops in Dewey or hitch a ride on the Jolly Trolley for the 5 minute ride to downtown Rehoboth. Master Bedroom offers a 1/2 Bath. There is one designated parking spot and 1 Dewey Beach Parking Permit provided. Your furry family member is welcome too, (with a pet fee.) Wifi Internet access provided + Smart TV with Firestick. Guest pays $110.00 cleaning fee for off-season stays under 7 nights. Note that 2nd bedroom offers a queen over queen bunk bed. Sheets and towels are not included but are available to rent. The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, (a group rental,) ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age.
