Guests pay a $150.00 cleaning fee for each stay. Sheets and towels are not included but are available to rent. The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age.
