Guest pays a $100 cleaning fee for each stay. No Pets or Smoking please. Sheet sand towels are not included but are available to rent. The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, (a group rental,) ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age.
