It is a short stroll (5 minute,) across the street to the bay where you can have your favorite drink or dinner and watch the sunset. This condo is convenient to all your needs: fine dining, pubs, pizza, shops, entertainment and shopping - all within walking distance. Sit on one of your two private balconies and people watch or bring your bike and take a leisurely ride to the well known resort - Rehoboth Beach. Local shuttles are also available. No streets to cross to get to the beach because this condo is ocean block. Pets can come too, with a fee! Two parking spaces and Wireless Internet provided.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date.
