With four spacious bedrooms, open floor plan in the living-dining-kitchen area, this rental is perfect for your family vacation. There is also an extra refrigerator for storage of cold drinks for those hot summer days. This unit is not ocean front but mere steps away with partial ocean views and walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars. Three parking spaces and Wireless Internet provided. No pets or smoking please. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included but are available to rent. The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, (a group rental,) ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age.
