This three story townhome in the Villages of Five Points is a great spot for your vacation rental. The community amenities include a large pool, tennis courts, walking paths and outdoor areas. There are also some restaurants in the community! Just a short drive to the beach and downtown Lewes or bring your bike and hop on the bike trail. This property does not allow pets All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
