The ground floor bedroom also features a sitting space with a large flat screened TV for gaming and a full bathroom. This floor also has a laundry room. Take the elevator up to the second floor to the main living floor. Take in the water views from the expansive windows along the bay. A large living room, dining area and adjacent kitchen are ideal for gatherings, or make yourself comfortable in the waterfront sun room with a good book. The second floor also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The top floor has four bedrooms. The largest of these, overlooking the water, has a King bed and a large master bathroom. The Queen bedroom is attached to a hall bathroom. The other two bedrooms, one with a pyramid bunk bed and the other with a King bed share a Jack and Jill bathroom. With numerous decks, you will have the opportunity to gaze over the water and watch the frolicking on the beach. If a pool is more your style, the community one will be your hangout. Within a bike ride of Cape Henlopen State Park and downtown Lewes, you may well leave your car in the driveway for the week.
