This level also has the great room with living, dining and kitchen all in one. Perfect for a dinner gathering or playing a board game. You will also find a half bath on this floor. Cape Shores has a community pool, tennis courts and a fishing pier for guest use. Take a bike ride into the Cape Henlopen State Park or into downtown Lewes. The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
