This nicely furnished 2nd floor condominium with stair access in The Plantations West community has a great wrapped around porch for relaxing on. The owner has updated the furnishings, added a new washer/dryer and installed wireless internet. This centrally located condominium allows for easy access to the towns of Lewes and Rehoboth as well as shopping on Route 1.

The fitness center at the Plantations may be accessed with a fee to be paid to the club as needed.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival required to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
