This newly constructed home overlooks the wetlands and the canal side of Lewes. It almost feels as though you are in your own private sanctuary when you gaze out of the floor to ceiling back doors that open up completely to let the air flow in during cool days. From the moment you enter the home, all of your vacation dreams will have come true. Three living spaces invite you to spread out! From the ground level play room with flat screen TV and a pool/ping pong table, to the second floor "play room" up to the third floor living room, you may wonder why vacation has to end. The chefs of the family will fall in love with the gourmet kitchen and center island large enough to seat eight. If you can tear yourself away from the kitchen, you can wander out onto one of the many porches overlooking both the wetlands off of the back of the house and take in bay views from the front of the house. The bedrooms are situated on the second and third floors. Each have a private bathroom! Two of the four bedrooms on the second floor each have a Queen bed, the third has a King and the fourth has a built in set of bunk beds where the bottom is a Queen and the top a Twin. The large laundry room is also found on this floor. The third floor has the fifth bedroom with a King bed. There are also 3 queen and 1 twin air mattresses.
**ELEVATOR ADDENDUM AND SEPARATE SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED** All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. This property does not allow pets.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
