Adjacent to the dining area and kitchen, this is the perfect space for hanging out together. Just off of the dining area is a screened in porch with seating made for relaxing with a good book or a cup of coffee. The first floor also features a master bedroom and bathroom along with two additional bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. The second floor has another bedroom and a full bathroom. This home sits right on the corner of Cedar Street and Illinois Avenue - just one block to Lewes Beach. Spend your days on the beach with easy access to the house for lunch or snacks.
