Adjacent to the dining area and kitchen, this is the perfect space for hanging out together. Just off of the dining area is a screened in porch with seating made for relaxing with a good book or a cup of coffee.

The first floor also features a master bedroom and bathroom along with two additional bedrooms and a full hall bathroom. The second floor has another bedroom and a full bathroom.

This home sits right on the corner of Cedar Street and Illinois Avenue - just one block to Lewes Beach. Spend your days on the beach with easy access to the house for lunch or snacks.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
