Nicely appointed bay front unit in Port Lewes is the perfect place to spend your vacation.

This three story unit has a first floor bedroom with hall bath. The third floor has another bedroom as well as a bay front primary bedroom with its own bath.

The second floor is where you will find the main living room, kitchen and dining area. Directly off of the living room you can walk out onto the large deck where you can take in the beautiful bay views.

Spend the day on the beach, rent a paddle board and test your skills or take a dip in the community pool. With it just a short ride to the Cape Henlopen State Park or to the Dairy Queen for ice cream you want to be sure to bring your bikes!

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.
