Enter into the sun porch, which is the perfect place for morning coffee, and then into the main living space. The living room is next to the dining area and kitchen - perfect for gathering. The three bedrooms are toward the back of the cottage. The large fenced yard in the rear of the property features a new patio perfect for eating crabs after a long day on the beach. *Note - There is a second toilet in the enclosed outdoor shower area. The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
