This lovely cottage is so close to the beach! Many recent renovations - central Air Conditioning, a new bathroom, painting, new siding and roof are just a few updates to this Victorian styled home. With three bedrooms on the second floor (one of which you need to access through another bedroom) and a bathroom you can sleep six. There is also a Queen sofa bed on the first floor and another full bathroom. A large living room and adjacent dining room are off of the kitchen. A large wrap-around porch is perfect for people watching! Take a stroll to the beach, in to town or right over to the Dairy Queen. Great location!

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.
