This three story town home features a first floor bedroom with hall bath and a third floor with two additional bedrooms and bath (one is en-suite). The living area, dining and kitchen are all on the second floor with a front deck perfect for sun worshipers. Spend your day kayaking, sailing or swimming in the calm waters of the Delaware Bay. If waves are more your style, this unit is a short car or bike ride to the Cape Henlopen State Park. This unit has a small partial view of the water. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. This property does not allow pets. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks.
