This home is situated on Midland Avenue, the desirable first cross street on Lewes Beach rendering it the closest street to the Dairy Queen, East of Maui, downtown historic Lewes, and Cape Henlopen State Park with trails and access to the ocean. This property has an excellent outdoor living space off the back of the house with a large cement pad and privacy wood fencing and lattice. At the end of the 2015 season the owners painted the back porch and outdoor shower a vibrant beach blue, installed a new ceiling fan and installed new porch exterior carpet to improve the beach feel of the outside eating and living areas. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
