Gourmet kitchen opens onto a dining area that is perfect for a family gathering. Five bedrooms (one as a 1st floor primary suite) are well-placed for ease. The four guest rooms each with a Queen bed are located on the 2nd floor. The third floor area is set up as a play room for kids of all ages! The signature wrap-around porch will soon be your favorite place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or an adult beverage in the evening.

Conveniently located within a short walk to the beach and to the Dairy Queen or to downtown shops and restaurants. The cottage at 303 Massachusetts (adjacent to this property) is available for rent with this property.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Dog friendly 35 pounds or less with non-refundable fee and signed addendum.

Owner will do minimum 2 night stays in the off season

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.
