This lovely home in downtown Lewes offers lots of nooks for you to enjoy! The main floor has a sitting room, living room, dining room and large kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a wonderful screened porch complete with a sectional sofa and picnic table. Take a peek into the back yard to see the private pool and hot tub!! Just beyond the pool area is a guest house with a bedroom, full bathroom and living area complete with an additional sleeping space.

The second floor of the main house has three additional bedrooms.

Spend your days in the comfort of your own yard with private pool, walk up town for fine dining and shopping or take a quick trip up to Lewes Beach. The choice is yours!

This property does not allow pets

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
