The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th guest bedrooms feature a queen bed, bunkbeds with a full trundle bed, and a set of twin beds. Two large family/living rooms with televisions provide for plenty of space for everyone to enjoy simultaneously. The downstairs recreational area features a 70-inch television, ping pong table, and arcade for your family’s enjoyment. Relax in the shade after a day at the beach and pool on the back patio with the beautiful pergola overlooking a large and well-maintained yard, perfect for the kids to run and play. A two-car garage and driveway allow for plenty of parking for your group. This home is perfect for up to two families with children and comfortably sleeps up to 10. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks.
