As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and inviting floor plan that seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The spacious living room features plush furnishings and large windows that flood the space with natural light, creating an ideal setting for relaxation and quality time with family and friends.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, stainless steel appliances, sleek quartz countertops, and ample storage space. This exceptional home features five generously sized bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The primary suite boasts an en-suite bathroom with a fantastic shower. Four additional bedrooms offer versatile sleeping arrangements, including three rooms with queen beds and one room with twin beds. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Outside, the house sits on a partially wooded lot and boasts of four porches with an enclosed porch adjacent to the family room. The backyard contains two grills (one built in gas grill and one charcoal grill) in addition to a fire pit for roasting marshmallows after a busy day of activities or a fireside chat on cool evenings.

Club Amenity Fees are based on a per person price/length of stay and will be in addition to the rental rate. If booking on VRBO they will not be included in the price quote.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets

Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival are required to be in certified funds or by credit card.
