Guests pay a $125 cleaning fee for stays 7 nights or over. Guests pay $260 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights. No Pets or Smoking Please. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
