Lovely home can be rented as a 5 bedroom home and you can also rent the "Studio" at an additional weekly price of $994/week with rental of main house only. (Please inquire) In total, there is enough room for you and 16 of your closest friends or family! Living spaces on the 1st and 2nd floors, 1st and 2nd floor master suites, a gourmet kitchen with a separate "catering" kitchen are just a few of the amenities offered. Relax on the screened porch, patio or around the in-ground swimming pool which is open from May 1 to Sept 30 (heated to approximately 85 degrees Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please note that photos online include the studio/6th bedroom, which must be rented separately at an additional weekly charge. Wireless Internet and 6 total parking spaces (4 in driveway and 2 in garage) are available. (Please note there will be a $75 weekly utility fee for charging electric vehicles). Guests staying under 7 nights will be charged a cleaning fee of $175.00, $195.00 if studio is included. Sorry, No Pets.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date.
