Lovely home boasts 2 living areas and the comfortable bedrooms: there is a king bed in the master suite with en-suite bath and walk-in closet, plus two additional guest bedrooms, each with queen beds with spacious closets. There is a hall bath upstairs to share among the two guest bedrooms. For your convenience there is a brand new washer and dryer, plus desks and desk chairs, and luggage racks in each bedroom. Your Rehoboth Beach vacation is made effortless with thoughtful beach house amenities including beach chairs, cooler and beach toys. Two dedicated parking spaces come with the property, plus a Rehoboth Beach parking permit for free parking downtown and at the beach. If you just want to "chill" in the neighborhood, the community offers resort-style features including three pools, two tennis courts, and a pickleball court for active afternoons. For guests with electric vehicles, multiple EV charging stations are available throughout the Eagles Landing community. Guests pay a $160 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
