There are 5 Smart TVs for binge-watching on those days! Just a short walk to the community pool, fitness center and tennis court! The community is conveniently located right next to the Rehoboth-Lewes bike trail system. (Bikes in photo are NOT available for guest use). There is a bedroom and full bath on the first level and two additional bedrooms on the third level. Close to Outlet Shopping, Restaurants, Walking Trails and Basketball courts too! Up to 2 Dogs permitted with $300 minimum pet fee per dog and addendum. Breed restrictions may apply. Bonus: There is no guest cleaning fee with this property AND the owner graciously supplies 1 Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit for your use.
Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date.
