The community is surrounded by protected wetlands, The Cape Henlopen State Park, and the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal. You can access the Junction and Breakwater Bike Trails (connecting Rehoboth and Lewes) at the entrance of the community. Biking into downtown Rehoboth Beach is only minutes away where you can enjoy fantastic restaurants and the quintessential beach boardwalk that features the historic Funland amusement park for all ages to enjoy. Outlet shopping is only minutes away. Three bedrooms are on the main floor including a full master bath and another full bath and the second floor includes one bedroom and the loft with a full bath. The kitchen is open to the Great Room and includes a separate breakfast nook and separate dining room with an extendable table to accommodate up to 12 for festive dinners. The outside patio includes table, chairs and gas grill, perfect for summer dining outside. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach! Grill dinner and take it along to one of the two community pools for a summer poolside dinner. The great room and upstairs loft have flat screen TVs. The basement features an entertainment area with a ping-pong and pool table. All rooms have ceiling fans. Wireless Internet and three parking spaces provided. NO smoking or pets.
Guest pays $175.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Travel Insurance OPTIONAL.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.
