Perfect for two families, it has two bedrooms, one full bath and living area on the first floor, another living room, bedroom with full bath and kitchen with dining area on the second floor, and a master bedroom with full bath, plus another bedroom and full bath on the third floor. Wireless Internet available, three assigned parking spaces, 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits supplied, and pets allowed (fee required). This unit also offers a wheelchair accessible elevator with access to the first and second levels and a roll-in shower in the bathroom on the second level.
Guests pay $210 cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.
