These 2 bedrooms share a full hall bath. Just steps from the community pool, 6 Beach Club is in rear of the small community . . . quiet and peaceful with green open space off the patio. Located on the ocean side of Route One and less than two blocks to the sand in Rehoboth-by-the-Sea area. A short walk to downtown Dewey Beach's shops and restaurants and 5 minute drive to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. All the modern conveniences provided including Wifi. Two assigned parking spaces are provided. Sorry, No PETS allowed. NO SMOKING inside or on the exterior of property. Ring doorbell at front door.
Guests pay a $175 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights and an $90.00 cleaning fee for stays 7 nights or more. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
