Head south about 5 minutes to Dewey Beach and in about 12 minutes, you'll be in the picturesque Delaware Seashore Park. The neighborhood is quiet and residential: you'll enjoy your morning walk while savoring the canal and Rehoboth Bay views . . . and you'll have no problem sleeping, as Bay Vista is far from high volume traffic and commercial areas. Comfortable and spacious, with 3 first floor bedrooms, a spa-like first floor steam shower, a 2nd floor suite with jetted tub, a spacious living area, an inviting sunroom, rear patio, gas BBQ grill, outdoor shower, W/D, DW & AC. Guests pay a $190 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
