A couple blocks to the south, you'll enjoy the scenic Silver Lake. Cross the Silver Lake bridge to find yourself in the neighboring town of Dewey Beach. The home itself offers an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and remodeled bathrooms in front house. While away the afternoon reading or watching the world go by on the front enclosed porch! Front house offers four bedrooms and two baths plus all the amenities you need including two washers and two dryers, Wireless Internet, 2 decks, one parking space & 2 city parking permits. The property also offers an optional use, detached cottage room with screened porch, half bath, and an air conditioning unit. Sorry, No Pets or smoking please. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date.
